I have been in love with this turtle since the original cartoon aired. I started watching the Ninja Turtles almost right when I could comprehend it. I was 3 when I first saw it on TV, and have been a fan ever since. I was freaking BORN in 1987, which was when it debuted on television. So I had to wait until I was a little older in order to start watching it.

I've always been attracted to intellectual characters. Yes, typical 80s girl. Don't remind me. It actually kinda pisses me off... ANYWAYS, Donny and I have a LOT in common. Even our personalities are alike in many ways. Donnie was my first ever "crush", because I was 3 and hormones obviously weren't a factor.

Sadly, my mother hated TMNT. So much so, that she band me form watching it (though I showed her the recent movie and now she thinks it is "okay". PROGRESS!). But, that didn't stop me as I watched it when she wasn't around, when I was at a friend's house, or I'd go to the arcade with friends and just play the game-cause that's really the only game there that I cared about. The only fandom that beats the turtles for me is Astroboy; and I'm not a crazy Astroboy fan. Not even Sonic has been in my life for as long as the TMNT has.

Because I was banded for the TMNT franchise, I spent a large majority of my life holding my extreme fandom love in. So it built up and up and up and up and up until I rebelled at 16 by watching the 2003 show whether my mother was in the room or not. Not many people liked it, but they hadn't been restricted like I had. I even love the animated movie, and ALL THREE of the original live action movies. With me, TMNT is like food for a starving child. I just love it. Period. As long as the turtles are involved, I'll put up with a LOT more crap than most other fans; cause I'm a crazy fanatic.    I DO HOWEVER DRAW THE LINE AT TURTLECEST. If you are a fan of TC-just know that the things I want to say to you are extremely inappropriate and cruel, so DON'T mention you like it to me, PLEASE. I am fine with to each his own, but TC drives me insanely mad. I'm a nice person, and I try very hard to let people like what they like, but please don't talk to me about TC. I'm very against it.

ANYWAYS, I have never drawn a ninja turtle, and this year I'm breaking out of my little cage and going turtle crazy. I really want to draw the rest of the gang, so look forward to that.
